Can I automatically send the invoice to the facility when the PO is entered? 

You can automatically trigger an email to the customer when the PO is entered.

We allow you to save time and make sure no cases slip through the cracks in the billing pipeline by automatically sending the invoice via email when the PO has been added to the Event. This article covers how to set this up: 

Turn it on in the Organizational Settings

To enable this feature for your organization:

  1. Log into the Console as an Admin

  2. Navigate to Settings, then select the “Organization” tab

  3. Scroll down to the “Custom Settings” section

  4. Turn the toggle for “Auto-send invoice email on receipt of PO #” to ON

With this setting turned on, after the PO has been submitted the Invoice email will automatically be sent to the Facility billing contact and the timestamp of “Invoice Sent” will be recorded for that Event.
