Can I save surgeon preferences in ConnectSx?

Creating a Preference Card:

1. Navigate to the Preference Card (or Request Recipes) section in the Console

2. Click “New Preference Card” In the upper right corner

3. Enter a name for the Preference Card

4. Select the Procedure this Preference Card applies to

5. Add Physicians to this Preference Card (you may select multiple) using the drop down menu

6. Add notes to the preference card about the procedure, surgeon, inventory or other preferences. You may add additional preference information in the field labelled “Additional Preferences”

   

    

7. Next, associate inventory with this Preference Card. You have two options to do this:

   

   1. Add New: Use this option to select inventory items for this Preference Card manually

      1. Select the Manufacturer

      2. Select Products/Sets or Loose Devices

         

          

      3. Select the Product Line

      4. If you selected Loose Devices, select which devices to add from the drop down menu

         

      5. Once you’ve selected all of your devices, click “Create”

      6. Then select an option if you’d like to add more inventory to the card

         

   2. Create from BOM: Select this option to populate the inventory on this Preference Card from an existing Bill of Materials

      1. Select the Bill of Materials from the drop down menu

         

          

      2. Click “Add New” to add any additional items to the Preference Card

      3. Click “Create”
