ConnectSx lets you use par levels to track how much inventory you have of a particular catalog number against a par level, or safety stock level. When inventory falls below this par level you know it’s time to order more. To learn more about par levels overall, check out this article.
Now, using a combination of Facilities and Locations, you can track par levels by Facility/Location! This allows you to keep track of how much consignment inventory is at an account and when you need to restock them.
To set up par levels by facility, follow these steps:

Locate the catalog number you’d like to set a facility par level for

Log into the Console as an Admin

Navigate to the Facilities section of the Directory

Locate the Facility you’d like to create a par level for

Scroll down to the Facility Par Levels section

Click the Plus Button

In the new row that appears, enter the Manufacturer of the inventory

Enter the Catalog number in the next field

Enter the quantity you’d like to set as the Par Level for that Facility

Select the location that will be added to inventory to designate it is at this Facility.
Note: For each Facility Par Level created, the location selected creates a relationship between that Catalog #, Location, and Facility. This tells the system that all inventory with that catalog number that has that location saved, is actually at this Facility and should be counted towards the par level.
If you are entering a different par level for a different catalog number, you may select a different location when creating that record.
11. Click “Save”
Now when you run the Facility Par Level Report you will see this Facility Par Level represented.
