Can I use ConnectSx if I don't have an internet connection?
Offline mode is helpful to download the assets you need to do your work, even when you don't have a live connection

Have you ever experienced issues while accessing your cases and realizing there is no internet or service available in the operating room? This can be frustrating because it makes it impossible to record your sales in your case. But don't worry, we've got you covered!
With Offline Mode, you can easily download critical data and assets before going offline, work with your cases, and then sync your data back to the cloud once you're back online.
To use the Offline Mode feature, follow these simple steps:

Click on "Offline Mode" at the bottom of the navigation menu.

Select the duration of your offline session (1, 2, 4, or 8 hours).

Choose the events you'll need to work with while offline.

Click on "Start Preloading Data".

You'll receive a notification confirming that you're now in offline mode. You'll also see an orange banner at the top of your screen, reminding you that you're offline.

NOTE: To use offline mode you need at least 500MB of available space on your phone to support the data download

That's it! Now you can work on your cases without worrying about internet connectivity issues. Once you're back online, your data will be synced automatically.inding you.
