Can I use stored customer preferences to request inventory?

Yes! Use your preference cards to generate inventory requests...

To create an inventory request using a surgeon preference card: 

  1. Navigate to the Movements-->Requests section to create a new Request

  2. Select the “Request for” and the Manufacturer

  3. Then select the Preference Card from the available dropdown options and proceed with the request. image (13)

  4. In the next screen, select any additional Products/Sets or Loose Devices you’d like to add to the request

  5. Complete the additional information on the request, such as:

    1. Associated Rep

    2. Associated Event

    3. Need-By Date

    4. Ship-To Address

    5. Manufacturer Email

    6. Request Notes

  6. Click “Create”, and your request will be created.

  7. Note that you can see the preference card and click the link on the Request detail page.
