Who are we?
We’re ConnectSx, we develop software tools to improve the medical device value chain from the first mile to the last. We’re also the company behind Beacon!
What is Beacon?
Beacon is our SaaS platform for Medical Device Manufacturers, Distributors, Sales Representatives and Healthcare Facilities.
Beacon streamlines the management of inventory and case data with simplified workflows, process automation, and artificial intelligence.
Our goal at ConnectSx is to create value in the medical device value chain by eliminating waste, streamlining workflows, and making it easier to do your job.
The guiding principle of Beacon is to maintain one source of the truth. That is why every device, case, inventory request, transfer, customer, and price list is unique and traceable to its identifying data.
Training Expectations:
Your first training will be an hour-long Zoom call, during which your trainer will share their screen to begin your education in the system. What you will need for training:
- A computer with a stable internet connection (You may need to update or download a driver to use Zoom)
- An hour of uninterrupted time in a quiet location
Training will be suited to your role and additional trainings will be scheduled as needed. Sales and Distributor Users on average will need 1 training whereas an Operations User will likely need 2-3 trainings.
