How can I change the representative on an Event after it has been created? 

Note: Only Admin users may change the user assigned to an Event. For the User to be changed, the Event must have an “Open Status” and have NO INVENTORY MARKED in the Event.

If inventory has already been used or the event has been submitted for billing you will need to remove the inventory, delete the Event, and create a new Event.

If you created an Event and selected the wrong user for that event, or if you need to assign a different user to an Event to guarantee coverage we can help with that.

  1. Navigate to the Event in question as an Admin and access its detail screen

  2. For the change to be possible the Event must have an OPEN STATUS and HAVE NO DEVICES MARKED in the Event

  3. Click into the “Representative” field and delete the current representative

  4. Then, using the dropdown menu, select the new representative to assign to the Event

  5. Click “Save”
