How can I communicate to a Facility that a shipment is inbound?

After a transfer has been shipped you may notify a facility that they have an inventory transfer shipment inbound to their location. For this feature to be available the Transfer must be associated with an Event with an assigned Facility and the Transfer must have a “Pending” status.

1. Navigate to the transfer detail screen of the inventory transfer in question

2. Click on the “More” button displaying the ellipse symbol

3. Select “Notify Facility”.

    

   

4. Next select the email you would like to send a notification to.

   

5. Click “New Contact” to create a new contact for that facility.

6. This will open the Facility Contacts section for that Facility. Scroll down to add an additional contact.

   

    

7. Then enter the expected delivery date of the transfer shipment.

8. Click “Send”.
