How can I delete a user?
Even though a user is deactivated, you can still look up their cases and search for them in the Event Representative filter.
Beacon never deletes data, so there is no way to fully delete a user account. However, you may Deactivate the user account, or in other words forcibly take it out of use.
A Deactivated user will not be able to log in, they will not hold inventory, or be assigned cases. Be aware of any implications on active cases and transfers before deactivating a user.
A user may also be reactivated at any time in the user detail screen.
Deactivate a User

Navigate to the Users screen as an operations user.

Select a User and click on their name to open the User Detail record.

Click the deactivate button in the upper right hand corner to deactivate the user (shown below).

Click “Reactivate” if you want the user to be reinstated.
