How can I ensure that I have inventory required to cover regular procedure demand?
The Case Readiness Report provides critical visibility into your inventory preparedness by procedure type.
Analyze device utilization rates, active inventory levels, and facility stock positions with color-coded readiness indicators.
Track average usage per event, identify potential shortages, and ensure optimal inventory allocation across procedures.
With filtering by date range, procedure, and catalog, you can proactively manage stock levels to prevent case delays and improve operational efficiency.
1. Navigate to the Reports page
2. Open the Events Section and click on the Case Readiness Report.
3. If required, apply a procedure filter
4. Select the start date and end date of the range you'll be pulling data for
5. If required, select specific catalog numbers
6. Be sure to click the purple refresh button to apply your filters.
7. To export, Click on the Kabob menu in the upper right corner of the report table titled, "Tile Actions", then select "Download"
Be sure not to click on the kabob menu at the top of the screen by mistake.
8. Then select the Advanced Settings:
- Results: With Visualization options applied
- Data Values: Unformatted (no rounding, special characters, etc.)
