How can I export a list of my Facilities?

The Facilities Export presents a detailed table where each row is dedicated to providing detailed information on each facility in your organization.
 
The Facilities export includes information including: Facility Name, Active/Inactive, Facility Type, Facility Street Address, Facility City, Facility Zip Code, Billing Address, Billing City, Billing State, Billing Zip, Payment Terms, Contact Name, Contact Type, Contact Email, Contact Role, and Facility Address State. 
 

To Export this Report Data: 

  1. Click Refresh on the report table to apply filters 
  2. Click on the vertical ellipse or Kabob menu that appears when you hover over the upper right corner (Tile Actions)
  3. Select Download Data
  4. Choose your File Type
  5. Change your download settings. The most common download for a .CSV or Excel file should use the following settings. It is critical to use these settings to ensure all of the data is able to export. 
    1. In Results, select "With visualization options applied"
    2. In Data Values, select "Unformatted (no rounding, special characters, etc.)
    3. In Number of Rows to Include, select "All Results"
      1. This is very important as your data set may extend farther than Looker is able to display visually in Beacon, but you want to make sure to export all data. 
  6. Click Download
