If you're looking for a list of the inventory which has been adjusted out of your account using Stock Adjustment events, this report can help.
The Stock Adjustment Report features a comprehensive table that displays all stock-adjusted inventory used in closed stock adjustment events. By offering this detailed view, the report helps you track inventory changes, identify patterns, and ensure accuracy in your stock management.
The table displays inventory that has been marked in a closed stock adjustment event. NOTE: The Stock Adjustment table only displays the first 100 rows. You'll need to download the report for the complete data set. Make sure to select 'As displayed in the data table' in the results section of the download options to get ALL results.
Available Filters:
- Manufacturer
- Event Type
- Deactivation Date
- Inventory Type
- Expiration Date
- Catalog #
- Custodian
- Lot Number
- Container
- Location Name
- Inventory Device Type
- Inventory Status
The Stock Adjustment report will provide you with a list of all adjusted inventory including: manufacturer, custodian, UDI, catalog #, Product Lines, Description, Tags, Quantity, Container, List Price, Lot, Barcode, Serial #, Expiration Date, Device/Container, Inventory Type, Cost of Goods, Location, Manufacture Date, Deactivation Date, and Event ID. Pay special attention to the Inventory Status for more context about how it was used (duplicate, missing, damaged, used, etc.).
To export, Click on the Kabob menu in the upper right corner of the report table titled, "Tile Actions", then select "Download"
Be sure not to click on the kabob menu at the top of the screen by mistake.
Then select the Advanced Settings:
- Results: With Visualization options applied
- Data Values: Unformatted (no rounding, special characters, etc.)
