The Days of Inventory On Hand report calculates your inventory runway by analyzing average daily usage rates against current stock levels.
View detailed metrics including days in range, usage patterns, active devices, and facility stock positions with color-coded indicators highlighting critical inventory levels.
Filter by date range and catalog to identify items at risk of stockout and optimize reorder points for continuous availability.
1. Navigate to the Reports Page.
2. Expand the Inventory section and click on the Days of Inventory On Hand report.
3. Select a Start and End date for the data you'll be analyzing.
4. If you want to zero in on specific inventory, select them using the catalog filter.
5. Be sure to click on the purple refresh button to apply your filters. 
6. To export, Click on the Kabob menu in the upper right corner of the report table titled, "Tile Actions", then select "Download"
7. Then select the Advanced Settings:
- Results: With Visualization options applied
- Data Values: Unformatted (no rounding, special characters, etc.)
