How can I keep track of PO#'s getting added, invoicing, and the status of my payments?

The PO# Added Report tracks purchase order capture and invoice status across your events.

Monitor when POs are added, identify events missing purchase orders, and track payment status from pending to paid.

Filter by PO number, date added, and event status to accelerate billing cycles and ensure timely revenue collection with complete visibility into your accounts receivable pipeline.

1. Navigate to the Reports page

2. Expand the Events Section and click on the PO# Added Report 

3. If you like, select specific PO numbers

4. Select the range of time during which the PO was added

5. If required, modify the Event Status Filter

6. Be sure to click on the purple refresh button to apply your filters. 

7. To export, Click on the Kabob menu in the upper right corner of the report table titled, "Tile Actions", then select "Download"

Be sure not to click on the kabob menu at the top of the screen by mistake. 

8. Then select the Advanced Settings: 

  • Results: With Visualization options applied
  • Data Values: Unformatted (no rounding, special characters, etc.)
  • Number of Rows to Include: All Results
