How can I plan and manage my containers (Sets) to cover my upcoming case schedule?

You may already know that you can associate a container with a case or Event. You may also know that whenever an item from a container is used in an Event, the container is automatically associated with that Event. Well as long as you are assigning your containers to events ahead of time, our new Calendar view will help you visualize how your containers are being planned and utilized to support your case schedule.

  1. Navigate to the Inventory → All Inventory Page

  2. Filter for Containers only

  3. Then select the Calendar toggle

  4. You’ll see a weekly calendar view of when your containers are associated with cases so you can see any conflicts and plan accordingly.

  5. You’ll also be able to see the Event status of each Event by its color.
