How can I report on what inventory was created during an Event? 

You may choose to enable your users to create inventory on their own, which will allow them to create inventory as needed during Events. 

To report on this you can utilize the Inventory Created in Event Report. 

The Inventory Created In Event Report provides comprehensive inventory tracking by displaying all inventory items that were created during during an event. This report helps you monitor when and where inventory was added to the system through events, ensuring accurate tracking of your inventory creation and event-based inventory management.
 

Available Filters: 

  • Inventory Creation Date
  • Inventory Created by
  • Event Type
  • Tags

This report will provide info about what Inventory was created in Events, including: Event Id, Event Name, Event Type, Catalog #, Price, Event Status, Inventory Status, Event Rep, Inventory Created by, Inventory Created on, and Quantity.
