How can I require our users to confirm that they have followed company decontamination procedures before transferring inventory?

Standard operating procedures are important and it can become critical that certain steps, such as decontamination procedures, are followed to the "T". We built a way for your users to confirm that they have followed company procedure before transferring their inventory. 

Turn on Decontamination Confirmation in your Organization Settings

Turning on the Decontamination Confirmation setting will require users to confirm that they have followed these procedures before transferring inventory. 

  1. As an Admin or Operations User navigate to your Organization Settings
  2. Turn on the toggle for "Decontamination Confirmation"
  3. Enter the URL where your Decontamination Procedures may be accessed and reviewed. 

Confirming Decontamination Procedures

After the setting has been turned on, users will be required to sign to confirm that they have followed your decontamination procedures before a transfer can be created.
