How can I review cases from a deactivated user?

When you're not working with someone anymore, deactivating their account is a critical step to ensure the security and cleanliness of your data.

However, you may still want to review their cases - so, how would you go about doing that? 

1. Navigate to the Events Screen

2. Filter for the Representative to view only their events - they will still be searchable even though they are deactivated. 

3. Apply the filter

4. The Event List view will be filtered for the cases matching that user, free for you to review, despite them being inactive.
