December 2025 Update: We added the ability to upload documents and images to a request.
Many pages in Beacon have an attachments section, allowing you to upload images and attach documents. The following pages allow attachments:
- Inventory Requests
- Inventory Transfers
- Events
- Facilities
The attachments sections enable you to upload images, POs, handwritten notes, handwritten bill sheets, pre-operative plans, room set-ups, etc.
Simply click on the + button to select the file to upload from your device or drag and rop the item into the appropriate area.
