How can I track which Events have unpaid commissions?
Staying up to date on your commission payments is a great way to ensure your sales force stays happy, but how can you keep track of what is unpaid?
The Unpaid Commission Report presents a concise table that outlines sales events, their corresponding sales totals, and commission amounts, alongside the status of each commission - whether paid or unpaid. The report enables you to quickly identify outstanding commissions, track payment status, and ensure timely compensation for your sales team.
Note: For this report to be useful, Events must be marked 'commission paid' regularly as a standard process.
Available Filters:
- Manufacturer
- Commission Paid
- Event Date
- Event Type
- Facility
- Physician
- Is Facility Stock Event (Yes/No)
- Event Status
- Representative Name
- Distributor Group
- Region
- Product Line
- Catalog #
The Unpaid Commission report will list sales for which commissions have not been marked paid, including information such as: Event Id, Event Date, Event Name, Event Status, Invoice Paid, Commission Paid, Total Sales, and Total Commission.
To export, Click on the Kabob menu in the upper right corner of the report table titled, "Tile Actions", then select "Download"
Be sure not to click on the kabob menu at the top of the screen by mistake.
Then select the Advanced Settings:
- Results: With Visualization options applied
- Data Values: Unformatted (no rounding, special characters, etc.)
