How can I track which of my facilities are international? 

International facilities may require different management than your domestic customers

Medical device is a global industry and, as such, you may have customers who are based outside of your country of origin, requiring you to manage different sets of logistics and regulations.

For this reason it can be useful to track which countries are domestic vs. international, so we added a way for you to do just that.

  1. As an Admin log into the Console

  2. Navigate to the Events Page

  3. Open up the detail screen for the Facility in question

  4. Turn the toggle for “International” to “On”

Once a Facility has been marked International you will be able to see an icon on the Facilities List page.
