How can I view all of our backordered items?
Back ordered items can be viewed in the context of partial and unfulfilled requests, or in relation to catalog par levels
1. Partial Request Packing Slip
When a Request is Partially Fulfilled, the transfer packing slip can include the items that were not included. Export the Packing Slip for the transfer which had the partial fulfillment, giving you the option of noting which items were not fulfilled. This can serve as a useful report to send to the field with which requested items are backordered.
2. Partially Fulfilled Requests Reporting
In the Requests screen you can access a Partially Fulfilled Requests page, which will show you any request where there are outstanding requested items that have not been fulfilled. Click on the pie chart menu in the upper right corner of the Requests Page.
On this page the Requests vs. Transfers Report pre-filtered to show "open" and "partially fulfilled" requests (backorders). This provides useful information about what requested items stand unfulfilled or backordered. For each row of the listed requests, the report displays items that have been shipped to fulfill the request. Click ‘Yes’ under the ‘Still Needed?’ filter to only show items that still need to be fulfilled.
Don't forget to click the purple refresh button to apply your filters to the report!

3. Par Level Back Orders
In the Catalog you can filter based on items that are back ordered using the Stock Level status filter. This filter is driven by the par levels set in the catalog. Items in total inventory that fall below par will be considered Low Stock, and depleted items will be considered back order.
