How do I access my account for the first time?

There are 2 ways to claim your ConnectSx account depending on how your manufacturer created it. 

Email Invitation

If you’ve been instructed by your manufacturer to look out for an email invitation to claim your account then open up the email from ConnectSx inviting you to create your account profile. 

1. Click the link in the email

   

2. Make sure your email address is correct

3. Create your password

   

4. Click “Sign Up”

5. Then you will be able to log into your account in the Console or in vTrakr.

Account Already Created

In some instances, your manufacturer may create your account before giving you access so they can populate your data for you. If your account has already been created and you need to claim it:

1. Navigate to console.connectsx.com

2. Click on “Forgot Password?”

3. Enter your email address

4. If necessary select which organization, and click “Reset”

   

5. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.

   

6. Click the link and follow the instructions to create your new password.

7. Then you will be able to log into your account in the Console or in vTrakr.
