You may restrict reporting permissions on a user-by-user basis.
Note:
- This setting may be modified for DISTRIBUTOR, REGIONAL MANAGER, and OPERATIONS users
- ADMIN users may not be restricted
- SALES USERS do not have access to reporting tools
1. As an Admin, navigate to the Users section
2. Locate the user in question and click on their name to open their Detail screen
3. Expand the User Settings section
4. Scroll down to the bottom until you find the setting: "View Looker Reports/Visualizations" and flip the toggle to the desired position
ON = View Reports and Visualizations
OFF = Restrict Reports and Visualizations
