How do I find my shipment's tracking info?

If you have a pending transfer that corresponds to a shipment in transit, you or the manufacturer can add the tracking info directly into the transfer screen to access its tracking information. 

NOTE: For the shipment tracking feature to be valuable, you must build your processes so the shipment tracking information gets saved in the transfer. Incorporate this into your documentation and training so that the shipment tracking information is there when you need it.

  1. Log into the console

  2. Navigate to the Movements → Transfers page

  3. Locate the transfer and click into it to access its detail page

  4. Scroll down and select the appropriate Carrier

  5. Enter the tracking number and shipping cost, then click Save.

  6. After saving, you may click the “View Tracking Info” button to pull up info on the shipment.

  7. If the tracking number is valid and entered correctly you will be able to see:

    1. Status

    2. Arrival Date

    3. Carrier

    4. Tracking Number

    5. Tracking History

  8. Click the button at the bottom of the popup to view on the Carrier’s site
