How do I review my inventory levels in Beacon Mobile?

One of your top priorities as a sales rep has to be maximizing your sales and a key part of that is making sure you’re well stocked to support your cases. Lets look at how to manage your inventory levels in Beacon Mobile…

  • Keep track of your inventory at a high level by keeping an eye on the Inventory Overview stats on the dashboard. This will show you the value of your inventory overall.
  • You can also use the Quick Lookup widget to spot check an item by Catalog #.

  • In the "All Inventory" section of the app, you can view all of the individual devices that are in your inventory. You can view the total quantity of inventory in your custody.

  • Filter by specific criteria, such as catalog number, UDI, lot number, expiration, and more. This is a quick way to see how many items you have in all, or based on a very specific set of parameters.

  • After you’ve filtered down your inventory, the quantity counter is located in the bottom of the page.

  • If you are inside of a container, expand the "Devices" section to see the total quantity of items inside the specific container. 
  • Another method of checking stock levels of an item are to locate it in the Product Catalog. Each catalog section will show how much of an item are in your custody.


  • We suggest reviewing this information in tandem with your case schedule to help anticipate what inventory you’ll need for upcoming procedures. Once you know what inventory you need, then you can create an inventory request from your manufacturer.
