How do I send users email reminders about missing Purchase Orders?

To help you manage your cases with missing purchase orders, you may send a reminder email to a user with their events that have pending POs to remind and encourage them to locate those PO #s and get them entered so you can get paid.

  1. Navigate to the Users section in the console

  2. Click on the relevant User

  3. Click “Send PO Reminder” to trigger the email

4. Then in the pop-up make any adjustments to the email addresses or email message that you would like.

5. Click Send and the email will be sent with a complete list of “closed” events without PO numbers for that user.
