How do I set a specific sales order form number for my sales orders?

The sales order is a controlled document and may be assigned a form number for the quality system

Depending on your quality system, you may have to adopt a Form Number in order to adopt the Sales Order form into your quality system for use. 

This Sales Order Form Number will appear on every sales order to identify the form with its Quality System document number.

To create your Sales Order Form Number:

  1. Log into the Console as an Admin

  2. Navigate to the Settings section

  3. Select the Organization Settings Tab

  4. In the field for Sales Order Form Number, enter the desired document number.

  5. Click Save.

  6. As mentioned above, this Sales Order Form Number will now appear on all Sales Orders generated in the bottom left hand corner.
