How do I view my transfer and inventory request history in Beacon Mobile?

You can use Beacon Mobile to review current and past Inventory Requests and Inventory Transfers by status. This allows you to see all inventory requested and received with just a few taps.

To see your pending and past inventory requests and inventory transfers:

  1. Open up Beacon Mobile on your device

  2. Open the Navigation menu by clicking on the hamburger icon in the top left corner.

  3. Select "Movement" and there you can select "Requests" or "Transfers"Screenshot 2024-06-20 at 3.23.31 PM

Viewing the Request History

  1. On the Requests screen you will see all of your request history displayed with status and associated information.

  2. Click on the arrow next to a request to expand its detail card, or click on the request to access its detail screen to take action on them. Learn more about Fulfilling requests.

  3. Click on the "Add Filter" button to filter your requests. Select any filters and click apply to narrow down your history results.

Viewing Transfer History

  1. Under the Movement navigation select Transfers
  2. The transfer history will be displayed in a list, click on the arrow next to each to expand its detail.

  3. Click on a Transfer to open its detail screen or take actions directly on the detail card in the list by clicking on the Action buttons. 
  4. Click "Add Filter" to select filters and narrow your results.

  5. You may also view transfer history individually for an item at the bottom of the device detail screen, easily accessed by clicking on the item in the All Inventory page. You will also see a warning message if the item may not be transferred because it is part of an event or an existing transfer.
