I made a mistake in a case, how can I fix it?
Mistakes happen, but cases may already be submitted for billing. If you need to make edits in a case the first step is to get it back to an Open status.
1. If your event is no long in an Open status, then click on the More menu to reopen it. This will return the event to an Open status.
2. Once the Event is open you may make any changes necessary.
3. You may change the representative on the event, as long as no inventory has been marked as used.
4. You may change the facility, physician, or procedure on the case on the Details page.
5. Inventory changes may be made on the Devices Used tab.
6. When the changes have all been made, submit the case for billing, add the PO, etc. in order to return the event to its original status.
