I'm having trouble logging in to Beacon, what do I do?
If you're having trouble logging in to Beacon there are a few things you can try, though some of them may seem obvious.
1. Ensure you're signing in with the correct email address, spelled exactly as it is in the account.
2. Ensure your CAPS LOCK or NUM LOCK are not engaged on your keyboard.
3. Try logging in from a different device or browser to see if there is an issue with your computer/software.
4. Try clearing the cache on your browser and/or restarting your machine.
If none of these options help, then you may have to reset your password.
