Beginning mid-Q1 2024, ConnectSx will remove historical reports from the “Reporting” > “Data Exports” section of the Console. This transition will happen in conjunction with the launch of our improved reporting tools.
What does this mean for you?
You will need to download any historical reports you wish to keep by January 1, 2024. We will announce a firm date for the launch of the features and the removal of the ”History of Reports” as it nears.
It is important to note that you will still be able to generate reports whenever needed, and then download and save them locally for future reference.
