What are my support options?

As a ConnectSx User you have a ton of options for how to get support when you need it. This article discussed the options available to you in the ConnectSx Support Portal on our website.

However, don’t forget that you can also access many of the same resources as well as our in-app guides in the Console Resource Center by clicking on the black ConnectSx Logo in the lower right corner of the Console.

To find the Support Portal navigate to connectsx.com

Under the Support drop down you will find a number of options:

  1. Knowledge Base (KB) - Our knowledge base is chock-full of content related to how to use all of the features of the software and more. this is a great place to go to answer your questions or to learn more about how to derive value from ConnectSx. Even this article lives in the KB!

  2. Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) - Check this out for a quick list of our most commonly asked questions. Drop us a line if you don't find your answer!

  3. Submit a Ticket - Here you can submit a ticket to our support team. Whether you are reporting a bug, asking a question, trying to schedule training, etc. this is the best way to get in touch with us. Submitting a ticket ensures that the whole team will see your request and it will get channeled to the next available resource, getting you answers fast.

    1. Click on Submit a Ticket

    2. Select the subject of your request:

      1. Schedule ConnectSx training

      2. Licensing and billing questions

      3. Technical support

      4. Product trial questions

      5. Other questions

      6. Report a bug

      7. Suggest a new feature

      8. Suggest improvement

    3. In the next screen, enter your email address (ideally the address associated with your ConnectSx account, but definitely one we can reach you at)

    4. Enter a summary of the request - this is the headline of your request

    5. In the symptom section describe in detail what you are experiencing, what you need, why it matters to you, etc. The more information you can provide, the better we can assist you.

    6. Attachments - Please provide images or video if possible and appropriate for your request.

      1. Feel free to record a Loom - our helpful video tool will allow you to record directly in your browser.

    7. Click Send
