What are these warning messages about?

Last Updated: June 2024

As you move through the ConnectSx Platform you may encounter error or warning messages that pop up as red rectangular bubbles in the lower left of your screen or in the middle of the screen checking to make sure you are doing something purposefully.

These messages are us telling you something important about your account, usually that you're about to DO something important to your account. For instance:

  1. Container with Bill of Materials is Overstocked: We know that you set up your Bills of Materials to manage certain par levels, so we want to check to make sure you know you’re going over par.

  2. Adding inventory without Expiration Dates or Lot Numbers: Some of the key ways ConnectSx delivers value to companies like yours is to keep track of your inventory lot numbers and expiration dates, tying them to Events, and maintaining a chain of custody for these items. So we want to make sure you know when you’re adding inventory without that data present.

Can you turn these off?

No 😬. We understand that these messages may feel, at times, like they are slowing you down, but that is actually the point of these messages.

We feel that in these instances taking the few seconds to check if an action is purposeful and to remind you of the impacts is critical to ensuring your account stays accurate and safe.
