What email notifications does ConnectSx send?

We’ve updated the design of our email notifications and we think they look great !

Daily Digest Email
{User} will be your name
{Organization} Will be your account’s organization
Inventory Request
{User} will be your name
{Event Name} will correspond to the event related to the request
{Event Date} will be the date of the Event associated with the request
{Physician} will be the Physician added to the Event associated with the request
{Facility} will be the Facility added to the Event associated with the request
{Street}, {City}, {State}, and {Zip} correspond to the shipping address selected for the request
{Need-By Date} refers to the date the requestor denoted they need the inventory by
{Request_Notes} are any notes the requestor added to the request
{Organization} Will be your account’s organization
Invite to ConnectSx
{User} will be the name of the user who invited the recipient to claim their ConnectSx account
{Role} will be the designated role the host selected for the invited user
Invite Accepted
{User} will be your name
{Name} will be the name of the user that accepted the invitation
{email} will be the email address of the user that accepted the invitation
@Mentions
{mentioned_user} will be your name
{mentioning_user} will be the name of the user that mentioned you
{mentioning_user_email} will be the email of the user that mentioned you
Missing Purchase Order (Single)
{User} will be your name
{Event_Name} will be the name of the event missing the purchase order
{Event_Date} will be the date of the event missing the purchase order
{Physician} will be the physician name assigned to the event missing the purchase order
{Facility} will be the facility name assigned to the event missing the purchase order
{Billable_Total} will display the billable total of the purchase order that is missing
Missing Purchase Orders (Multiple)
{User} will be your name
