What should I do if I don't think my facility emails are being delivered?

It is important to follow up with your Facilities if you’ve received no response to your emails as they may not be responding to the correct email address.
Email sent from the ConnectSx Platform is sent from an unmonitored email account, so any responses to this email will not be received.
When sending an email from the system you may select the reply-to email address so your Facilities may respond, but when a Facility has an auto-responder bot employed it auto-selects the reply email address so there is no guarantee it will select the right one.
To ensure you’re having prompt and complete communications with your Facilities and to ensure billing goes smoothly, it is best practice to follow up with your Facilities on any documents sent or in process.
