Why can't I see my inventory?

If inventory appears to be missing in your account, there may be a number of reasons for this. This article helps you troubleshoot and locate the inventory you're looking for. 

1. Is it in your Custody? 

If you're looking for particular inventory, first make sure it is in your custody.

- Look in the All Inventory screen to view inventory under your custody. 

- Check your transfer history to ensure it was transferred to you and is not in a pending transfer. 

- If the inventory has not been transferred to you,  you may need to request it or reach out to your organization admins. 

2. Is it in someone else's custody? 

- If inventory is shared with you by a distributor, then it may be in their custody. Modify custody filters in the All Inventory Screen or Mark Used Inventory Screens to pull up inventory shared with you. 

- If you utilize Quick Transfers in your business, the inventory may be in a Quick Transfer Custodian's custody waiting for you to move it into yours. Review inventory that is available to quick transfer. 

3. Check various inventory statuses

- Check recent Events to make sure it wasn't already used (May also search inactive inventory in the All Inventory Screen)

- Check to make sure the inventory is not attached to an existing Event 

- Check to make sure the inventory is not expired or under a hold status

- Check to make sure the inventory was not already sold as Facility Stock
