Why do I have to log into ConnectSx?

ConnectSx is your trusted provider for medical device inventory and case management, including all of your sensitive patient, pricing, and use data and as such, the integrity and security of your information is critical.

Logging in with your personal login and private password are one way we make sure that only you have access to your data and that your information is protected.

These security measures help ensure that bad actors are not able to obtain access to your account for malevolent reasons. It’s about protecting you, your data, your customers, and your patients.

Account Dependent Functionality

In ConnectSx, inventory is associated with Custodians. Other than the Organization (which is governed by Admins), all custodians are user accounts. To make sure that one custodian is distinct from another and to identify who, or which custodian, has certain inventory and is taking certain actions in the system, we must have dedicated logins for each account. With these identifying logins for each custodian account you can easily tell who is accountable for which inventory and trace who has been using the system.
