Why should I keep my account live in "real time"?

The ConnectSx Platform has the power to bring significant value to your business as long as it is used correctly and often :wink: ConnectSx connects your sales users with your Admin and Inventory users digitally so transactions can occur swiftly in real-time, as long as they are processed efficiently.

It is important to keep an eye on activity in the Console throughout the business day utilizing the Dashboard, Notifications, and Events Screen. See more about how to stay up-to-date on activity in this article.

Really its about keeping your activity current in the system so other users can see up-to-date information and take their necessary actions in the workflow.

Some examples include:

  • Accepting a Transfer in when the shipment is received so the manufacturer knows there are no issues with the shipment and that the case is covered. Transfers must be accepted for inventory to be able to be sold in an Event.

  • Updating the Directory when new facility, physician, or procedure information is received. This way the information is available for the Sales Users to select when they are creating Events and you can start scheduling cases asap. (Also remember to authorize access for users who need to work with a new Facility or Physician or they will not be able to select the option).

  • Scheduling Events as soon as you know the Case has been scheduled. Once the Case is scheduled in vTrakr, the Admin and Inventory Managers will be notified automatically and they can look out for your inventory request and being prepping inventory for your case.
