How can you (a sales or distributor user) Audit your own inventory without being assigned an Audit?

Users may now use Beacon Audits to perform an audit of their inventory whenever they like, without waiting for an Admin to assign an audit to them.

This is a great tool for users who want to make sure they are keeping track of their inventory or who need to ensure they are staying in stock.

It's always good to know what you're accountable for when it comes to inventory in your custody. 

Here's how: 

1. Navigate to the Audits page under the Inventory Header in the Navigation

2. Click the "New Ad-Hoc Audit" button in the upper right corner of the screen

3. In the pop-up, select the Manufacturer of the inventory you would like to Audit.

4. Your audit will automatically be assigned to your account and you will be brought to an empty audit page.

5. Next, start counting your inventory that you physically have in your possession. You can decide to enter your counts and build your audit after you're done, or as you go.

6. To enter your audit results, click "Add Catalog #", which will add that catalog to your audit along with all associated lots that exist in your Beacon custody.

7. Next,  enter the physical counts of your inventory that you performed.
