How do I add the manufacture date to my inventory?

  • ConnectSx lets you record the manufacture date of your inventory when you add it to the system.
  • Date of Manufacturer is a datapoint that is required to be recorded and stored by regulating bodies.
  • Using the manufacture date will also enable you to automatically populate containers using Bills of Materials according to the standards of First-In-First-Out (FIFO) or Last-In-First-Out (LIFO).

To add the manufacture date:

  1. Add Manufacture Date as a column to your inventory import.

  2. Or Add the Manufacture Date manually in the inventory detail page.
