How do I create a Quick Transfer to get inventory FAST?

If your manufacturer has inventory nearby you in a forward stocking location, satellite warehouse, or other stocking site; they may have set up Quick Transfers so you can easily restock in an emergency. 

If you are able to use Quick Transfers, your manufacturer should have notified you, because this functionality will need to be set up for you and the inventory will have to be present in those Quick Transfer Locations. 

If you have Quick Transfers set up, here's how you create one: 

1. Create a Quick Transfer in one of these locations: 
   1. In the Event Detail Screen when Marking Used Inventory:
   2. In the Movement --> Transfers screen when you click to create a new transfer:
2. In the resulting Pop-Up, select the assigned Custodian-only Quick Transfer Location to transfer inventory from (Your account will automatically be entered as the recipient). 
   
3. Next, Search and select inventory from what is available to fill your needs.
4. Review your transfer in the Selected Tab, before clicking Next.
5. When you're ready, click Create. The Quick Transfer will be accepted automatically and your inventory will be available for immediate use.
