What do I do if a user was created with the wrong email or role?

Most changes to user data are easily made in the user detail screen. However, the user email and role are not able to be modified by users. 

It should be stressed that user accounts should be created with attention and care, because changes to user data are non-trivial. 

If the user account email was entered correctly: 

If the user email is wrong, then the easiest option is to deactivate the user account and create a new one with the correct email. 

If for some reason the user email must be changed, please submit a ticket to support

If the user account was created with the wrong role: 

User roles cannot be changed, so any role changes will require additional support. Please submit a ticket
