What is Beacon AI?

Our goal is to build tools to manage your medical device ecosystem, to save you time and money, and to make your life easier. That's why we're constantly improving on our products and workflows, and automating as much as we can to make your daily work a breeze. 

Beacon AI is how we're drawing on newly available artificial intelligence technologies to provide an even better experience for you and your users. Expect us to be expanding the functionality offered by Beacon AI, and feel free to let us know your thoughts! 

 

What does it do? 

At launch, Beacon AI has 3 main offerings: 

  • Beacon AI Helper: We've turned Beacon AI Helper loose on our knowledge base and its learned all there is to know. Now you can ask any question you like and the Helper will go to work answering your question, delivering a comprehensive answer using the information available. It will also serve up useful resources so you can read more. 
  • Auto-creating Events: You may have already used our Beacon AI tools to automatically mark devices as used, but you can now use a written bill sheet to generate your case automatically. 
  • Automatic Device Marking: Our first AI tool released to the market, you may use Beacon AI to parse a PDF or JPEG of your bill sheet (even if its handwritten), and it will mark your inventory used for you!
