Getting Started

  1. Locate the chat icon — Find the circular chat icon in the lower right corner of your Beacon screen.

  2. Click to open — Click the icon to open the chat interface.

  3. Review Kevin's greeting — Kevin will greet you with a summary of his capabilities so you know what you can ask.

Kevin can return answers for you based on the information in our knowledge base to resolve questions or issues you come across. For these types of questions, select "Documentation Chat".
