Understanding Attachments
This feature allows users to include critical documentation, such as clinical images or supporting files, directly within a request. Providing these attachments ensures that fulfillers have all the necessary context to process your request accurately and efficiently.
What it Means for You
Improved Accuracy: Attach specific photos or documents to ensure the correct inventory is selected for fulfillment.
Centralized Documentation: Keep all request-related files in one place instead of relying on separate emails or messages.
Real-time Verification: Use new visual indicators to confirm your files were successfully uploaded before you submit the request.
Enhanced Visibility: Fulfillers and admins can view these attachments directly from the request detail page to streamline their workflow.
Using Attachments in Your Workflow
Requests
You can add attachments during the initial creation of a request—whether you are starting from the standard request list, a replenishment task, or a specific container. Once a request is submitted, these files remain accessible to authorized users within the request's documentation section.
Attachment Indicators
To give you peace of mind, the system now displays an attachment indicator during the final step of the request workflow. This counter shows exactly how many images or documents are currently attached, allowing you to verify your upload before clicking submit.
How to add Attachments
Open the Create Request modal from the Requests list, a replenishment alert, or a container.
Navigate to the step labeled for Attachments or Images/Documents.
Select the files you wish to upload from your device; the system supports both images and standard document formats.
Proceed to the final step of the request workflow.
Verify your upload: Look for the attachment count indicator at the bottom of the summary screen to ensure all files are attached.
Click Submit to finalize the request with your included files.
To view attachments later, navigate to the Request Detail page and open the Attachments accordion to see the full list of files.
