Understanding Organization-Level Replenishment
This improvement allows administrators to create replenishment requests directly for the organization rather than for an individual sales representative. It is designed for organizations that drop-ship items directly to reps and want the central office to manage the fulfillment, purchase orders, and payment workflows.
What it Means for You
Centralized Management: The organization takes ownership of the request workflow, including receiving and payment.
Automated Rep Tracking: The system automatically identifies and lists the event’s assigned representative as the Associated Rep on the request.
Workflow Flexibility: Admins can choose between a standard request for a representative or an organization-level request at the moment of creation.
Using Organization-Level Replenishment in Your Workflow
Admin Only: Events
When initiating a replenishment request from within an Event, administrators will see a new option in the creation window. If this option is selected, the request follows the organization's specific workflow while keeping the relevant sales representative linked for tracking purposes.
How to use Organization-Level Replenishment
Open the Event detail page and begin the process to Create Replenishment Request.
In Step 1 of the request window, locate the toggle labeled Create as Org Request.
Turn the toggle ON to designate the organization as the recipient.
Observe that the Associated Rep field is automatically filled with the event's representative and is locked to prevent changes.
Complete the remaining steps of the request as usual.
The final request will now be managed by the organization for fulfillment and payment.
