The Inventory Adjustment Report (Stock Adjustment Report) in ConnectSx Beacon provides complete visibility into all inventory items removed or deactivated from your account outside of standard surgical cases. When stock is adjusted out due to cycle counts, physical audits, expiration, damage, or data corrections, a Stock Adjustment event creates a permanent record. This report consolidates those closed adjustment events into a centralized audit log.
Key Uses & Capabilities
Track Non-Sale Consumption: Monitor inventory decremented for non-billable reasons such as missing items, expired goods, damaged stock, or cycle count reconciliations.
Maintain Compliance: Access complete device traceability data for regulatory and quality audits, including UDI, catalog numbers, lot numbers, and serial numbers.
Audit Trail Verification: Review the specific Event ID and custodian linked to each adjustment to verify why and when inventory was decremented.
