Code Refactoring

  • Optimized backend logic and improved performance for various modules and workflows, including:
    • Transfer workflow

  • Upgraded several infrastructure components

  • Added additional API security controls

Events

  • Added an additional value for "Total Billed Amount" at the bottom of the events list page to now show "Total value" and "Total billed"
    • This is most useful for organizations with stocking order sales that are tracked at the time of sale and then again at the time of use.

  • Several improvements to UI/UX across the platform, including:
    • Added labels to make it clear when the Org is being selected as the user assigned to an event or workflow
    • Applied alpha sort to all dropdown lists
    • Improved the visual indication for active and inactive fields
    • Improved the sort on Audits, sorting by catalog #
    • Several visual improvements to Audits
    • Added a "quick action" for auto reconcile on Audits
    • Improved messaging and alerts on various pages
    • Improved Container Reservation flow
    • Added "Log movement/Get help" to the inventory detail page on desktop
    • Improvements to the Board, Calendar, and List views on the Events page
    • Improved sort order of Event Status filter
    • Changed "Anonymous Patient ID" label to "MRN/Case ID"

    • Added persistent state to the checkbox for including/not including replenishment address on emailed sales order

    • Added icons for dark mode to Beacon Mobile
    • Automatically adding "$0" to price field when creating a new item in the event workflow by scanning a UDI 
      • This features requires the user to be allowed to add new inventory to the system and can be turned on in the settings by an organization admin 

Movements

  • Added a new integration with Shippo to allow for printing labels for major carriers inside the transfer workflow
    • Must be turned on by ConnectSx and requires an additional monthly subscription fee

Inventory

  • Added a new Hold Status for "Nonconformance"
  • Added a visual indicator to show when an inactive containers has been assigned to an Audit 
  • Added support for additional special characters to import
    • Latin lowercase o with slash: ø
    • Masculine ordinal indicator: º
  • Added support for ANSII encoding for imported csv files 

Reports

  • Updated the layout and organization of the Reports page
  • Updates to various existing reports and report menus

Bug Fixes 

  • Fixed a bug that prevented the password reset page from displaying on a phone if Beacon Mobile is installed
  • Fixed an issue that prevented some containers in the Org Custody from showing devices in the container on the audit detail page
  • Fixed a chip that caused some status "chips" to be empty with filters applied to events pages
  • Fixed an issue that caused some scanned UDIs to display an expiration date  day earlier than expected
  • Fixed an issue that prevented the Catalog # from displaying properly on some catalog detail pages
  • users from selecting more than the default # of displayed items from the preference card catalog dropdown 
  • Fixed an issue that prevented Location to be created new during some imports
  • Fixed an issue that prevented facility pricing to be pulled for devices used IF Manufacturer was not associated with event in the event details
  • Fixed an issue that prevented some users from including partial or not shipped items on exported packing slip
