Transfers
- Enhanced transfer visibility by adding Lot # column to Transferred Inventory tables on all transfer detail pages for improved lot-level tracking and compliance.
- Added helpful tooltip to the "Transferred with" column explaining container assignment context during transfers.
- Added the ability to add tracking information to already accepted transfers, streamlining post-acceptance workflow management.
Facility Management
- Improved facility pricing workflow by replacing dropdown menus with type-ahead search for catalog numbers when editing facility pricing.
- Fixed validation issue that prevented $0 price entries in facility pricing modals to accommodate legitimate zero-cost pricing scenarios.
- Enhanced CSV column mapping by deactivating already-selected items in dropdown lists to prevent mapping errors during facility price list uploads.
Events
- Added ability for administrators to view inactive users in the "Assigned To" filter on Events page for better historical case tracking.
- Enhanced event detail pages by displaying original invoice numbers and PO context for reopened events to improve billing history visibility.
- Updated button label from "Add New" to "Create New" in Mark Used modal for improved clarity.
- Added event modification tracking in the right rail showing who last modified an event and when for better audit trails.
- Improved PO number display with responsive mobile-optimized layouts for better accessibility on smaller screens.
Inventory & Reports
- Enhanced reporting capabilities with multiple new Looker reports including UDI Report, Case Readiness Report, Days of Inventory On Hand, ABC Inventory Classification Report, and PO# Added Report.
- Added two new inventory tracking reports: "Inventory Created In Event Report" and "Inventory Price Modified by User In Event Report" for enhanced audit capabilities.
- Updated Container Turns report to "Inventory Turns" with expanded functionality covering both containers and reusable devices.
- Reorganized Reports page structure by adding comprehensive "Requests, Transfers & Sales by User" report to Inventory section and relocating "Inventory Requests by User" report to Movements section.
- Improved inventory import with updated field mapping labels and logical field ordering for better user experience.
- Enhanced request interfaces with visual product line designation using background colors to distinguish product lines from individual devices.
- Fixed BOM Detail Page layout issues in the Items Associated section to prevent content truncation and text overlap.
User Interface & Experience
- Combined List and Map views into unified interface on Locations page to surface map functionality while maintaining list capabilities.
- Enhanced user settings by fixing Save button activation when making changes to personal information fields.
- Improved AI search infrastructure with custom widget implementation for better performance.
Technical Improvements
- Enhanced email attachment validation with proper file size limits and error handling.
- Implemented foundational AI capabilities including custom chatbot widget and event creation through conversational interface.
System Fixes
- Fixed notification redirect issues that incorrectly directed users to expired inventory.
- Resolved intermittent login redirection problems for improved session management.

Facilities
- Added the ability to save an Account Number for each facility. This account number will be populated on billing documents (Invoice and Sales Order)
Transfers & Requests
- Added new "Return To" feature, allowing operations users to specify where transferred loaner inventory should be returned. Users can specify different custodians in the same transfer, meaning if you send 3 kits to the field on loan, you can specify those kits be returned to 3 different custodians.
- Added a feature in the "Return To" that simplifies the actual return process for the field user, making it easier to take action on the return process and create the appropriate transfers.
- Added a new "Round Trip" feature, making it easier for a user to return unused inventory that was sent as part of an original transfer.
- Added an email notification users on the "inventory request recipients" list to in form them when a user performs a "Quick Transfer" to themselves.
- Added the ability for a user to attach documents or images–such as pre-operative plans, room set-ups, etc.–to an inventory request.
- Added additional product information to org-level inventory requests (requests the Org makes of their suppliers), including product type and "Implant only"/"Instrument only".
- Added a new automated replenishment request option for transfers sent to the organization that include expired inventory. This allows users to request 1:1 replenishment of expired inventory items automatically.
Events
- Removed the "Manufacturer" field from the event creation workflow to simplify the process of creating an event.
- Improved the billing document generation interface by removing the multi-layer fly-out menus and replacing them with checkbox options.
- Added "tag" buttons in the event comment section to add "#Feedback" and "#Report Issue" designation to the comment. Using these tags when adding a comment allows us to generate reports that catalog all comments with the associated tags.
Inventory
- Added new Inventory Types: "Sterile Instrument" and "Sterile Implant"
User Interface & Experience
- Updated the "Physician Assignments" UI in the physician detail pages to match the User Assignment design pattern.
- Added type-ahead search to additional search fields, including "Canonical Name" field in container catalog detail.
- Added "Canonical Name" field to individual container detail pages
- Add the "Add PO" quick action button on the event list page.
- Fixed general UI/UX bugs to improve overall usability
